Idiot customer service help

Hello Best Buy is there a way someone from your executive relations can call me asap your stupid India or one of them stupid country's can't understand ENGLISH you are so cheap and can't afford Americans to answer phones I have a stupid modem sitting in a wearhouse somewhere in the USA and could have been shipped today but when I called xxxxx India the guy kept reading from a script and hung up on me I have a call in for the news station if this dose not get resolved

It’s discouraging to hear that by calling 1-888-BESTBUY they were unable articulate what they can see on your purchase for you.

Currently, it’s in Order Acknowledged status with a get it by date of 3/27. Once it’s shipped you’ll be provided an email with a tracking number to keep a close eye on it.
