I didn't receive my items and didn't get my credit returned

Hello!

 

I made an online order on June 8, it contained 4 units Dualshocks4 PS4. I didn't receive any of the items, I received a message notifying me that 2 of the controllers were returned to store on June 14 and the order 2 controllers were returned to store on June 19, the reason said they were not delivered because an address issue, not sure why was that because it was the same address that I have always used. My real issue there is about my credit returned. I got my credit returned for the first 2 controllers but I didn't receive my credit back for the other 2 controllers. Since I got a message notifying me that I got my credit returned for the first 2 controllers (June 14) I decided to wait to receive the other message notifyng me that I'll get my credit returned for the other 2 units (June 19) but it's been a little more than two weeks and I haven't received my credit returned notification for those units yet and I'm starting to worry about it.

 

I would appreciate a lot if someone from support could help me with that. Thanks!

Welcome back to the forums.

 

DualShock controllers are definitely pricey items, so I’m sure that you are anxious to get your refund processed. As noted here, it usually takes a few days after we receive items back to credit you, though that credit can take up to a full billing cycle to show on your account.

 

I’d be happy to take a look at the order to see if I can get you an update on the status of the return if you still haven’t seen that refund. Please reach out to me through a private message, by using the link in my signature below this post.

I’d need your name, phone number, email address and order number in that message. Once I have all of that, I’ll take a look and see if we can get you any new information on the return.

Hello John, 

 

This is Blanca {removed per forum guidelines}, i'm writing cause of the order {removed per forum guidelines} placed on June 08. The total of the order was $171.16 but my son didn't received the items and in my bank statement only reflects $85.58 refunded. Please let me why i am not getting the total refund, i'll appreciate your help.
