I didn’t receive my Refund help

I purchase a Apple Gift card around April 2 2018 and it cost $90. I cancel the order because I was waiting for my email code for 2 days. So I check my order and it’s still pending. So I cancel it. I was expecting a refund from PayPal but it appear on my balance. Contact them 3 times and they told me to contact the bank and I did but my bank told me that PayPal was on hold on my account. Don’t know if I should contact Best Buy about this issue and it’s been like a month and half now.

Welcome to the forums. Thanks for reaching out! I too use PayPal for online payments. It’s normally a pretty convenient way to pay. I’m sorry to hear that you haven’t received that refund yet. I’d be happy to look into it for you.

I did receive your private message! Looking into the order, the cancelation was processed. At the moment, I’m unable to determine exactly why that refund isn’t showing up in your PayPal account. I’m partnering with another team that deals specifically with PayPal payment issues and requesting they take a look into your situation. 


I’d typically expect to have an answer within about 2-3 business days. I’ll keep you updated here on the forums as I work towards a resolution and let you know as soon as I find out more!
