Horrible Return Experience

I recently had a horrible experience with Best Buy in PBurg and I am looking for someone who I can talk to about resolving my issue.  I recently received a cell phone from your store online and I called to see about the return policy.  I was explicitly told that I could return the cell phone 15 days after receiving it within the mail and confirmed the date of Saturday, August 12th before 3pm with a representative.  I went in today to return the cell phone and was told by the store manager that they can not take it as it is outside of the 14 day return policy.  I would have gladly brought it back yesterday before 3pm if I was notified of that but I was given false information by your representatives.  I am very frustrated with all this and everyone I talk to at Best Buy is pointing their finger in a different direction, avoiding resolving my issue.  All I'm looking to do is return an order and I'm very disappointing in how you guys are going about helping me.  Please let me know if there is anyone else I can contact with this issue and thank you for your time.

That does stink. I apologize for that confusion. They only give 14 days on all cell phones. Unfortunatley outside the return policy its seen as an as is item unless you get the protection. A moderator should respond to you soon. I do hope it works out!😀

Using the information you registered to the forums with, we would be unable to speak about this order with you because of our Privacy Policy.  We would, however, encourage the purchaser of this order to create an account with us if they have any other questions about the order.  The return and exchange periods for all cell phones is 14 days and anything over this time would not be eligible for a return.

 

Realizing this was not the response you were hoping to hear, our policies in place are to protect our customers personal information, but also to ensure a set standard across the board.  Regrettably, we would be unable to offer the resolution you were looking for, but please stop back if there is anything we can assist you with later on down the road!
