I need help with an order that has gone bad. I placed an order for two exact monitors and a adapter to run the second monitor. The adapter arrived one day and was signed for and one of the monitors arrived on the second day and was signed for. The second monitor has not ever arrived and Best Buy shows it was shipped. After holding with Best Buy customer service for over an hour they transferred me to someone who did not speak english and she hung up. Prior to being transferred, the service rep shared that they were out of the monitor that I had ordered and would I accept a substitution. I said yes and then he transferred me to neverland.
I have been a loyal cliet of Best Buy and this order has changed my view of the company. Any Ideas for help out there.
