Failed Authorization, updated payment info, Stuck in processing!!

Order Number: {removed per forum guidelines}

 

Ordered a a flat screen tv, entered all info correctly, got email stating authorization had fail and I should update payment info within 24 hours… which I quickly did, site said payment was accepted, but order status on home account page still says “update needed” and order stuck at preparing… HELP!!!

Hello??? So my item is supposed to be delievered by Wednesday (1/17/18) and it's STILL stuck in "preparing" as of 1/15/18... HELP!!!!!

Using the information you provided I was able to take a look at your order. I see that it has been marked as delivered as on January 17. Were you able to receive this?

Ha, thanks for the "update" *eye roll* You guys REALLY need to fix your website, ordering process, and shipping process... I searched for this issue and way too many people were coming on here with this very same thing. It will be a LONG time before I order from your site.
