I purchased a Cyberpower pc from bestbuy.com, after i recieved it, the pc worked fine, after about 1 week and a half the pc keeps crashing when playing any graphical game after about 20 minutes. this pc run the games great until after awhile and the screen goes dark and theres nothing i can do until i restart the machine. also, on the back of the pc, all the Usb and audio ports arent seated correctly and cannot connect any usb's on the back rendering them useless.
I Want to know if i can get a replacement from the store rather than mailng it in? the order number is (removed per forum guidelines). thank you.

It is disappointing to learn that the CyberPowerPC - Gamer Supreme Liquid Cooled Desktop that you recently ordered is experiencing technical issues.
To facilitate an exchange, you are welcome to visit your local Best Buy store for availability. I’d recommend that you visit the product page on BestBuy.com, and then where it says Store Pickup, enter your zip code to determine availability. Right now, I see that the Greensville, SC store has one available after the 1st of April. While it might not be there right away, you are welcome to partner with the store to process the exchange.
If you believe that is not the route you want to take, you have the opportunity to return your item within 15 days from the date it arrived, based on Best Buy’s Return & Exchange Promise. To return your order, please return the original contents and packaging to your local store, or return it by Mail via the Carrier of Your Choice or Use a prepaid Return Label.
