Good evening -

Can you please advise me how I file a complaint about the customer service received on an ongoing issue I am having. I've also requested to talk to a supervisor in the United States and told that's not an option but I can hang up and keep calling back and "see if I'm lucky". I've gotten different story from each agent I speak to and they are hard to understand w accent and I mean no offense but it shouldn't take three hours on the phone to deal w getting my new movers coupon applied that was stated when I ordered with rep she would do. "

Welcome to our Community. I'm sorry to hear you've run into complications communicating with our telephone agents. I can certainly understand the frustration that this may cause and I regret any inconvenience you've endured as well.


I was able to review documentation of your telephone conversations regarding your movers coupon, including that you were able to speak to a supervisor. While Best Buy's response on that issue has already been provided, you're welcome to share more details about your experience in reply to this forum topic.
