A couple weeks ago I placed an order on Bestbuy.com for multiple items, that exceeded the $35 minimum for free shipping. All the way through the checkout process it showed shipping as "free". It seems that, AFTER completeing the checkout process, I was charged $7.98 shipping for that order. Can anyone tell me why I was charged for shipping after submitting the order? Is there anything that can be done about this?
