I placed an order for a graphics card on Monday, the 13th for delivery on Thurday the 16th. On Thursday, the order was suddenly delayed for 3 weeks.
With a three week delay, I decided that i'd rather just order the card at another location, but I am unable to cancel the current order on bestbuy.com due to it being stuck in preparing for an unknown reason.
I would be grateful to get some help on getting that order cancelled without having to just return it once it arrives. I realize I can't post order information here, but i'm assuming a CS agent can find it based on my account information, if not let me know how to proceed further.

I try to be a patient person, but delays to my online orders can really be a trial sometimes. I was discouraged to hear that your order has been ambiguously delayed and I regret any inconvenience to you.
While I cannot guarantee I'll be able to cancel your order, I'd like to help if I can. If you will please send me a private message that includes the following, I’ll do my best on your behalf:
