Cancelling a delayed order stuck in 'Preparing'.



I placed an order for a graphics card on Monday, the 13th for delivery on Thurday the 16th. On Thursday, the order was suddenly delayed for 3 weeks.


With a three week delay, I decided that i'd rather just order the card at another location, but I am unable to cancel the current order on due to it being stuck in preparing for an unknown reason.


I would be grateful to get some help on getting that order cancelled without having to just return it once it arrives. I realize I can't post order information here, but i'm assuming a CS agent can find it based on my account information, if not let me know how to proceed further.
