Welcome to our community. Canceled orders can be quite aggravating indeed as I know only too well from my own experience. Having the credit card charged too would certainly make me unhappy too! I was unhappy to read of your situation and I regret these circumstances have given you second thoughts about Best Buy.
At the time an order is placed through BestBuy.com, a pre-authorization is made to the credit card used to ensure funds are available to complete your purchase. If your order is cancelled, the funds should be returned to your account subject to the policies of your bank or credit card issuer.
