I decided to buy - Samsung - 40" Class (40" Diag.) - LED - 2160p - Smart - 4K Ultra HD TV - Dark titan
I could of bought this from my local store for $299 new, but I choose to purchase from the Ebay store. Now you cancel the item, 2 days later, and the TV is not available on the website anymore. I also lose out on a Ebay 10% timed offer that I had. This is very bad business. I would expet a company of Best Buy's stature to be able to fulfill an order if it showing in stock. The comparable model UN40KU7000FXZA is not on sale for the same price. I was also planninng to buyy a PS4 Pro console from BestBuy to compliment the TV. Is there anyone that can help make this situation right with the customer?

No help. I purchased $350 in gift cards for a PS4 Pro, because I bought a TV for the price I had budgeted for, with the features I needed. No one at any BestBuy department has responded. What happened to BestBuy customer service? When I choose Bestbuy to make my large purchases I expected a smooth experience. This has been the opposite.

The Best Buy eBay store is a great way to purchase your favorite electronics at a great price. I'm sorry to hear your TV order was cancelled, and you lost out on your 10% time offer. I can imagine that would be very frustrating if you were going to get a great deal.
I am unable to locate any eBay cancelled order with your e-mail address; therefore, I can't look further into why it was cancelled.. I suggest contacting the eBay customer support located on the website to see if they are able to assist. Also, please note, we are unable to honor any sale prices due to limited stock or cancelled orders for other reasons. I'm sorry for any disappointment this may cause.
