Account was compromised

I sent out an email to BestBuy but I haven't gotten a response for a couple of days, so decided I'd post here. But I received a email that my account email was changed even though I never changed it. I'm worried my account is compromised and I would like to recover my account and make sure my points that were attached to the account are still there so I can make purchases again.

I am disheartened to hear that the email address on your account was changed without your permission. I can certainly understand how disconcerting it can be to see that a change was made to your account without your permission. I'm happy to look in to this to see how to best assist you. 

 

Can you please send me a private message with some more information about your account? I will need your:

 

Full name

Email address

Phone number

Shipping address

Correct email address on account

New email address on account (if available)
