Account seemingly blacklisted - would like to know why

Hello Support,

 

I would like to know why an order placed by me on the website gets canceled. I was able to order an item a week ago, but not any more. I have tried for few days, everytime I place an order it gets Canceled with in 2 minutes. I have checked with credit card company everything looks fine at their end. I would like to know if its the address or some thing else.

Sounds frustrating.  ther could be a variety of reasons. 

 

Address is a critical one.

 

The billing address and phone number you enter should exactly match the address and phone number associated with your credit card.

 

Do you have a history of returing a LOT of items?

 

Try it with a different browser.  You may not be accepting cookies.

 

Try clearing your browser history and cookies.  Then make sure you accepting cookies.

 

run an anti virus check

I do not have a history of returning items. And I have certainly checked all my credit card information not once but many times.

Still orders get canceled. I have tried with 2 different credit cards, that have billing associated with my home address, and shipping to that address as well. Still orders get canceled. 

I have read in these forums that it might the address that is blacklisted so I just want some one from Best Buy to check that and let me know and clear this doubt. 
Till then I am stuck

I am premium member with best buy and I have some points that I am worried about.

Welcome to the forum and thank you for reaching out to us regarding your cancelled orders. When an order is cancelled, it could be for a variety of reasons, from information not matching, to quantity limits. I apologize if you haven't been able to identify a reason thus far. 

Using the details you registered with the forum, it appears you've had several orders for the same item. Please know that under our Conditions of Use we may impose quantity limits on a per-person, per-household, per-order, or any other basis. I apologize if this isn't the news you wanted to hear.

Thank you Tasha for getting back to me.

I understand that there are limits for any reason. Can you please advise when I will be able to re - order. How long will this affect my account ?

Is this a new address for you?  Just pulling at threads here. Wondering if it could have anything to do with a previous resident.

 

If the address is black listed I don't think the moderators would be able to tell you that info.

 

Does this only happen online or both online and in store?
