last night i placed 2 orders and they were both cancelled due to "unable to verify information"
they are international credit card orders with best buys international credit card address and i use all of the exact information every time i order through bestbuy.com, which is A LOT. so i know how the whole international billing works and use for almost every order i make. in the past year i have placed around 40 orders or so using all of this exact information that is stored on my bestbuy.com account ranging from a laptop to ipod docks but mostly new and used video games ... i have never had this issue before i know there is more then enough money on my account.
i actually placed an order 4 days ago for a few new and used video games and it processed perfectly and i have already picked up some and had the rest of my order deliverd just fine. but now 4 days later and my orders are being cancelled.
any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

I sincerely apologize that your recent Bestbuy.com orders were cancelled. I can understand you wanting some explanation as to why this occurred, especially if you've ordered so often without issues. I'll do what I can to further assist.
I've gathered these orders and am currently researching them to hopefully provide you with some addiitonal insight. As soon as I have more details, I'll let you know. In the meantime, if you have any other comments or concerns, feel free to reply here or send me a private message.

i just recieved an email from best buy verification group and it says everything has been resolved and it looks like my new orders are processing now.
