How to Find a Recent Order

 

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Under the My Best Buy™ heading at the top of the page, select Orders.

*Note - If you originally checked out as a Guest or would like to check on one order, you may view your order by entering your Order Number, Last Name, and Phone Number by clicking here.

 

 

 

How to Check Your Order Status

 

  1. Visit the Orders page.
  2. Status of all orders will be listed on the main page – feel free to click “Order Details” for additional information pertaining to the order.

 

If you have an account, you can also access your orders from your Account Overview after you sign in.

How to Track Your BestBuy.com Order

 

If you were signed in when you placed your BestBuy.com order, you can track your status.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Visit the Orders page.
  2. Find the order you would like to track and click on “Order Details”
  3. Click on "Track Item".

Click on the tracking number in the "Status" area. This will take you to the UPS or USPS site, where you can see shipping status details.

 

To be able to track your orders, be sure to sign in to your account during Checkout.

 

 

 

 

How to View Your Order History

 

  1. Visit the Orders page.
  2. Under the second section "Purchase History" you can view past orders by selecting the appropriate filter option (may default to last 6 months view).

 

 

How to View, Change, or Reschedule Delivery and Haul-Away Orders

 

You can modify your scheduled delivery or haul-away appointments in your account any time.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Visit the Orders page.
  2. Find the order that you are looking to view/modify and clickon the order number.
  3. If you would like to reschedule the delivery, you can continue by clicking on the “Reschedule Delivery” link and following the next steps given.
