I have literally made about 50 calls to Best Buy's customer service and have only gotten empty promises. I bought a laptop with warranty online in January 2008, lost the receipt, now my laptop broke and I can't take it in because I can't get anyone to get me a copy of the receipt! I've been told it's been archived and they will "send it to the correct department to fax or mail to me" and I keep waiting...and waiting....and waiting... it's not coming, and I desperately need that computer. I'm about to go out of town and would like to get it in beforehand. is there ANYONE who knows how I can go about doing this easier? These "online representatives" I keep talking to always have different answers, give me case numbers, and when I call back again another person says "oh they didn't do anything." UGH! PLEASE HELP.
