I ordered my asus transformer online on May 21 but recieved an emial saying it was bacordered. However, when I checked the best buy website today, it says that the transformer is ins tock an can ship in one business day on the regular oder page. My order, however, still says backordered. I do not understand why it would say in stock and mine could still be on backorder.

Hi, I order the Asus eee pad transformer online on May 21, but recieved an email saying that it was backordered. However, when I went to the best buy website today, it says the product is avaible to be shipped from the warehouse in one business day. If you could give me a timeframe of when my order will be shipped and why it says in stock on the website, it would be greatly appreciated.

I'd contact best buy and find out the reason.

I just looked up your order and I confirmed that we are awaiting additional inventory to fulfill back orders.  Once we receive more units from the manufacturer the back orders will be fulfilled on a first come, first service basis.
