I am sorry to hear you have had difficulty receiving your order. I can imagine how you must have felt when you checked your order only to find that it shows delivered and the monitor not being there.
I am not seeing where you called in to us at all to file the tracer as the previous posts had suggested you do. Have you since received the monitor or do you still need assistance with this?
