on 12-29 i ordered a refurbished laptop from bestbuy.com and selected in store pickup to save on shipping.
I recieved a confirmation email stating that my order had been recieved with a status of "Confirming Ship to Store availability estimated arrival 1/6/12" the next day 12/30 i recieved an email saying that my order was almost ready for pickup but under status it said " in transit" and now there is no estimated arrival date or tracking number of any kind.
Confused at this point i go to Bestbuy.com to try and get some clarification and see if maybe they had some more info about my order status there. Under order status it just says "order in process of being fulfilled" What does that mean? and again no tracking number, no estimated arrival date, and nothing on the web site says anything about whether my product has even shipped or not.
Ive sent 2 emails to customer support to try and figure out what exactly is going on with no response, one on the 30th and one on the 31st.
So Emails are saying one thing, Bestbuy.com is saying another and neither one really makes sense, the emails are just automated and the website status doesnt change....
What is the actual status of my order!!! and why is so hard for me to find out? you take my money and just leave me hanging to wait for a product thatll pretty much just show up....whenever...
