The term of my Kaspersky Anti-Virus bought in a Best Buy store is next toexpire now (2 days remaining) and I tried to renew it. The system offered me to buy a 1 year renewal. I input my card number, the date of its expiration, accept terms and condtions and pressed "renew". Nothing happened. A blue sceen was opened and the note "the date is temporaty disconnected" appeared in Russian! The Databases are not updated!
I live in Russia but I bought the Kaspersky in VA

If you’re experiencing difficulties renewing your Kaspersky subscription online, then I’d strongly encourage you to contact our subscription software team directly for assistance. That team can be reached by calling our international support hotline (001-281-742-5268) and asking to speak with software support. We don’t have the ability to troubleshoot renewal errors by e-mail or on this forum, so that team would be party best-equipped to help you find a solution.

Thank you for the answer.
I'm just a little bit afraid of misunderstanding for I don't know the language to perfection and usually prefer using e-mail. That's why I posted my question here.
there is no way to send an e-mail, is it?
And is the call to that number free? Do I need to use any additional figures or country codes before the main number you wrote?

Our subscription software team does not provide support by e-mail, so you would need to call the number I listed above. Long distance charges may also apply.
