im getting impatient (not trying to sound rude) i just need the laptop i ordered for work and it said 4-7 days is there a way i can check the actual status or location so i can get a estimate on how long it will take? the sooner the better :/

yester day i asked for help via forums ( about a ship to store order thats been a week and i wish to know the exact status of it) and a moderator was nice to message me, but hasnt signed on since (24 hours ago) is another moderator currently online that could possibly help. it would be very apreciated thanks

As they say in New York....FORGET ABOUT IT!!!!!! Moderators take 3-5 DAYS to get back with you...Just like their crappy "Geek Squad" service SLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOoooooooooooooooooooooooooo..

haha im just mostly confused because they returned the money to my account yesterday, and my order is still in process what ever that means. im just running behind on work and time is money.

As a new member be warned!!! There are many here that will try and help but there are also a cadre of "BBY Fanboys" who will stop at nothing to make you feel like cr@p. They will hit you over the head with the dreaded "it's policy", "why can't you read" etc etc etc statements that do nothing to either get your problem solved or at least make you feel better. Grow a thick skin fast brother or better yet..DO NOT SHOP AT BBY..not in their stores and not on-line (unless you LIKE to wait weeks seeing "order in process" day after day after day. If you see an ad, DO NOT TRUST IT. If you want something in store forget about calling ahead to see it its there. If they say its there DO NOT TRUST IT..you will just waist your time and gas money. If you do make a purchase in store OPEN IT UP before you leave, examine it thoroughly, plug it in and reinspect it because BBY's return system is DESIGNED to ALWAYS assume you are trying to scam them. I could go on and on but you get it.

understandable and thanks. i used to do janitorial work at best buys (not the store i shop at) and most were polite, the one i currently shop at had the customer serive you mentioned haha i bought a used copy of brink for xbox (horrible game and had scratches) i just wanted to swap (they had 3 more copys) they questioned me for 10 mins and tested it saying "it works fine" then i asked for a manager and they swapped it lol so i know how tideous their policies are, this being my first time ( and probably last time due to shipping delays) i seriously think that it wouldnt be so much of a hassle for customers and employees if they actually had like a tracking number to track the current location of the item to the store or to your house. that would seriously reduce the complaints and raise customer service but i doubt they will fix that haha

i have 3 questions,
1) i ordered a laptop the HP dv7-6b55dx for $599 for a ship to store, now the price online is $549 do i get reemburst the difference?
2) can some one help me actually get a estimate of my package delivery? the associate blake was trying to help but hasnt signed on in over 48 hours :/
3) why did best buy.com put the money back in my account?
i made my order on the 18th

I see that you order has been shipped to the store. I'll reach out to the management to confirm before I have you go to the store. We do offer the Price Match Guarantee. Please speak to the Customer Service representative when you pick up the laptop about receiving the price match. The initial charge to your account is an authorization. The authorization must have fallen off and then you'll purchase the item when you pick up the item.
