ok now i rarely choose to purchase from bestbuy because of there... service. ive had many past problems with face-to-face sales associates more times than i can recall and now ive broken my own rules and assumed ordering online might be a tad different. at any rate i purchased a ibuypower gaming pc and all thats been done is let it sit around in the warehouse for over the time projected... i would like an answer to when i might expect my pc but im bound to be disapointed......

How long ago did you place the order for the PC? When ordering online, all orders take a bit of time to go through fraud checks.

Without being in the stores and having access to the ordering system, there's not much I could tell you from here. Inventory constraints are always a possibility, but not too likely. Have there been any other emails sent? Were you set for a store pick-up or home shipping?

I would bet this is another case of poor inventory management. Was this computer on sale by any chance?
It would be a safe bet that in another 7 to 10 days you get an email saying the item is on back order.

I hope this finds you doing well and having a great day. I apologize for the lateness in my response and I appreciate your patience with us.
I was able to locate your order using your email address and I see that you have received this item as of 4/10/12. I also see that this was shipped out on 4/4/12 and because of the shipping method (ground) it took 6 days to be delivered. I am not sure why the tracking information wouldn’t have showed this, or why the order status would have still showed this as being in the warehouse, but I am happy to see that you were able to finally get this.
