more than 24 hours and multiple attempts to order product from bestbuy.com using paypal, keep getting BLANK PAGE when it should be best buys confirmation page after switching back from paypal confirmation
Any ideas ? Please Help
dont try calling BB customer service # multiple calls and all I get is sales people without answers

I’m not personally aware of any errors on BestBuy.com, but that doesn’t mean other customers aren’t encountering similar difficulties. I’d be glad to notify our support team of the situation if you’d be willing to answer a few basic questions:
The more information you’re able to provide the sooner we should be able to find a solution. I’d also encourage you to notify PayPal customer support of the situation if you haven’t already done so – PayPal’s site may be redirecting you to an invalid page.

Also I have cleared all cookies and history multiple times.
I have spoken with paypal and they say the error is on best buy's site
I have used paypal and it works for other places without problems.
The many times I have called customer service # , the people I talk with say they know there is a problem but how they can say that without first actually checking ( no one stopped to say hey let me see and let you know, they just seemed to know) but they wanted to know what I wanted to order and how they could take other forms of payment.
Seems like someone could call tech for bestbuy.com and really see what the problem may be.
Seems like a lot of lost potential profit letting an income source sit broken

have tried different systems, different browsers......
still getting blank best buy page when it takes me back to BB from PP
saw someone else on the board with the same problem but never saw a solution
