Hello guys I am really worried so I came here hoping to look for some comfort. A couple days ago I used 2 $500 best buy gift cards to purchase something at www.bestbuy.com. My order got cancelled, all funds returned to my gift cards. I tried it a 2nd time, my order got cancelled again..but this time the fund did not get returned to my 2 gift cards. It has been 2 whole days now and the money still hasn't been returned to my gift cards. What should I do? I have both of the physical gift cards and original receipt. I am really hoping best buy didn't steal $1,000 dollers from me, than I'll have to waste more money on an attorney and such. Order number that got cancelled, and from which I didn't get my refund back is {removed per forum guidelines}. Thank you for any help provided.

Best Buy moderators can take from 3-5 business days to respond. You may get faster service by calling Best buy....good luck!!

I am sorry to hear that you have yet to see the gift cards that you used credited back to you. I did look at your order to see what was going on and it appears that the gift cards should have been refunded to you, but haven’t yet.
