I ordered a bunch of stuff online on black friday, and have recieved almost everything EXCEPT the netbook.

It shows the status as backordered.

My question is: Will I be shipped the netbook once it is available, or not?

To get information about your order call 1-888-BESTBUY or you can contact a moderator on this forum. The individual stores can only look up the current status of your order, not what may happen with it in the future. I hope you are able to get the help you are looking for

Once the netbook is no longer backordered from the manufacturer your order should be fulfilled, but I should point out that sometimes products that are on backorder can remain in that status for a very long time. I am sending you a private message to pass along some information on this, and to hopefully provide you resolution in this. To check your messages you should log into the forum, and then click on the letter icon in the upper right-hand corner of the page.

So I just went to my order status and now it shows that the order for the netbook has been cancelled?? Could you explain this to me please!!
