Placed an order yesterday morning at 8am and paid for expedited shipping and it still says in process of being fulfilled. My credit card has been charged already, the item I ordered is now sold out, I have received any emails saying it has been back ordered so I assume I still have the item coming to me.

Your lucky you got an email my order said the same thing that it was sold out 2 days after i ordered it and have got no emails except the email saying i placed an order on january 19 and here we are on feb 6 and i am still without the item i bought and no follow up email. The only way i found out a update was this forum and they still have no clue as to when i will get it

yeah i have been reading through the forum and i was fully prepared for a nightmare... but at least i got a tracking # now..

Thats good i cannot even get that i just have order in process of being fulfilled. What kills me is that my item was still instock 2 days after i ordered it and the lady on the bestbuy.com telephone center said that i was good and had one on the way. The store were i am getting it delivered just tells me that it should arrive on the 2nd LOL even though it is the 6th ahhhhh its the 6th im 100% possitive it will not arrive on the 2nd LOL idiots. Good luck! i hope it arrives in one peice.
