i had just recently filled an order when the black friday started but when i check it says that it is in process it has been almost two days and still nothing. i emaild best buy but still no replie

Same here bro. Members of my family ordered laptops after me and got their order shipped but mine is still processing. Nothing is more annyoning when incompentent people interfere with your life. I waited up all night for the online sale just like you btw. GL! ![]()

Same problem here, this is a joke. I purchased my item on 11/24 and it says when I check my order status it takes 0 - 1 days to fill and send out. Its been 2 days and im still waiting for it to be processed and sent out. I know its the holidays and things can get backed up, but for a big company like this dont you think they would plan for this. I mean this is not thier first black friday, at least the min. they could do is change the status from 0 - 1 days to some realistic like 2-4 days if thats how long it takes to process the order. I don't need them to lie to me making me think ill get it sooner so I can buy from them. I could have easily gone somewhere else to buy this and had it shipped already. Also another thing is I thought customer service was there to get a response back when you have a problem, ive emailed them twice with no reply. If this is what I am to expect from best buy this will definitely be the last time they get my money.

Thanks for posting on the forums about the order you placed on Thanksgiving and hadn’t seen the statuses change. I know I would be upset if I was waiting on the status to change after a few days.
Using the email address you registered on the forums, I was able to see two orders; however both seem to be now shipped. You should have received an email stating they are shipped and provide tracking information. If you did not, please let me know by send me a private message via the link in my signature with your order details.
