order hasn't came

I was suppose to receive my order this past friday on the 3rd. My order was scanned on the 30th of January in Minnesota, and the status never changed since. Now UPS sent me a message that bestbuy is suppose to investigate my order. I was looking foward in using my surround system for the super bowl, but that wasn't the case. Can anybody help? My card is charged and i don't have my home theater system..

LOL i ordered my item on January 19 and it said it was in stock now its feb 6 and i still have my order and bestbuy has no answers except there waiting for a shipment from the vendor and that they do not know when it will be available all my order says is order in process of being fulfiled and thats it It is very annoying i hope your order gets fixed. I definitely will never buy from them again lesson learned
