order delayed

We ordered a projector on 1/31/11 and as of 2/4/12 we still have not received projector. All we get is the run around. We have now tried to cancel order and we have been told we can't do that either. Order # {removed per forum guidelines} case number {removed per forum guidelines}.

That sucks.. my order also has been delayed or lost. I was suppose to receive my package on the on the 3rd and nothing never came. UPS says Bestbuy has to investigate my package. I tried emailing Bestbuy but all i get is automatic reply. Customer service sucks. Im going to try and call tomorrow.
