online ordering sucks

As you can see, it will be 2 days and i still haven't received confirmation that my order is ready for pick up. I called best buy multiple times and not so great customer service. I verified this order 3 times and still no confirmation. I'm really disappointted and upset with the whole process. 45mins and your item will be ready? i doubt it. Not so best buy at all.
