Because i made another online order (different game) and i got an email about it, and still nothing for the 1st order. I checked his credit card, the transaction already posted. I tried to log-in, cant go through coz my email is not on their record (?). I tried the order status, cant. coz my phone number is not on their record. I tried to call, nobody answers even after more than 30mins waiting. So, i went to best buy just to check at customer service center, they can see it. I asked if they could print it as my proof, they can't. Oh well, what else i can do?? so just wait & see if it comes, it comes. it is just really so frustrating, exhausting & very disappointing.
