my word coach, where?

my husband ordered a nintendo ds game - my word coach on line last friday morning. We tried to track our order by using the order number but can't find it. I check his credit card, it was on processing or pending. I tried to call the customer service but i hang-up after waiting for OVER 30MINUTES!!!! Who should i talk to then, or where to follow up?????? It is so sad that only if less competition which means bad customer service

Click on order status at the top of BB.com's home page. Enter in your BBY01#, last name, and phone # ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR BILLING INFO. The order should come up and I know it exists b/c you do have an order. Our BB.com department has over 300 calls in queue today b/c of Cyber Sunday/Monday sales online so you'll just have to be patient, I'm sorry. Our call center is open until at least 11:00 PM, CST. If you call late in the evening it's usually a little less busy.

thanks for early response. i appreaciate it. i tried that but it won't continue coz of tel number. there's only one number we are using but it didn't accept. is there other way to check it? if it will be mailed in the right address? that's only my concern, did they get the right address? i understand the chaos of black friday & the coming cyber monday. if only there's other way to check my order without bothering or adding up on busy long line. again, thanks.

And you did in fact receive the confirmation e-mail with a delviery date or tracking # for shipping? If so, the only thing I could think of would be your # could have been entered incorrectly when the order was created. Unfortunately, there's no other way to check the order except thru 1-888-BB BB.com Support Department or the order status check on BB.com. You probably do need to wait through all the hold times b/c if your order has already been processed the address can't be changed anyway. Then it would be up to UPS or USPS.

no, it's ok. Somehow, your reply gives me idea what to do. Anyways, i haven't received any email from bestbuy confirming my order. That's when i realize that there's something wrong. Because i made another online order (different game) and i got an email about it, and still nothing for the 1st order. I checked his credit card, the transaction already posted. I tried to log-in, cant go through coz my email is not on their record (?). I tried the order status, cant. coz my phone number is not on their record. I tried to call, nobody answers even after more than 30mins waiting. So, i went to best buy just to check at customer service center, they can see it. I asked if they could print it as my proof, they can't. Oh well, what else i can do?? so just wait & see if it comes, it comes. it is just really so frustrating, exhausting & very disappointing.
