i was going to buy a new pair of headphones because my old pair broke and after some research i choose the koss portapros, but i can't order them online or get them for in store pick up. Why?

I'm sorry for the delayed response here.  I see that the Koss PortaPros are available for ship-to-store now but it looks like you went ahead with some ear buds already.  Those are actually going to have better noise cancellation than the Koss ones if that's what you're interested.  I hope you like them!

They are available in-store also.  You can check if your local store might have them available by going to the product page on BestBuy.com here and then clicking the "Store Pickup: Check Stores" link .

Hey ringerl,

You can always select the ship-to-store option, which avoid the shipping charges and still allows you to pick the product up a Best Buy store near you.  Just click the "Check Stores" link on the product page next to the words "Store Pickup:" and then pick the store you want!

Have already tried that -  as soon as I select a store it says that the product is not available for ship-to-store. I even tried different stores...

I am really frustrated with Best Buy listing items on their website, but not making the items available for shipping or in-store pick up.  In today's age, I should be able to find anything I want that Best Buy has and be able to have it shipped to my house or to another store.  

No other online retailer tells their customers that they cannot deliver an item.  Because of this, I am am buying some pretty high end home theater equipment from another online retailer...and for a much lower cost.  Sorry BB..your loss, this time and from now on.

Best Buy....step up or the next Blockbuster.
