I have a US shipping adress but an  international billing address so every time i try to but my phone number ( international starts with +966)

it tells me it has to be in this format (555-555-5555.)  what should i do.

cuz i tried to order but it canceled even Even though i used the billing address given by best buy

I understand that it can be frustrating placing an order online, with our international ordering process, only to find out that it has been canceled.

With the little information that I know on how you place your order. It seems that you place your order correctly. A) You used a US mailing address, to ship the order to. B) The International Billing given by Best Buy®.  As of the phone number, you can use the number associated with the US mailing address.
