The worst delivery experience. Delivery was promised on my dishwasher last Tuesday betwen 1 and 5. They called at 4 and said by 7. Then at 7:30 we called and were told by 10pm. We rescheduled and were told between 1 and 5 pm on the following Tuesday. Then called and were told between 3 and 7. I am still waiting. Whe I call all Iget is a sorry with no explanation and no compensation for my lost time. I wopnder if anybody who works for bestbuy gets the same crappy service.

I’ve been without a dishwasher for the past few weeks myself, so I can imagine why you’d be upset! Waiting for a major appliance to be delivered is always difficult, and having to reschedule your installation appointment certainly doesn’t make the situation any easier.
I’ve had the opportunity to speak with our in-home service department and it’s my understanding that your dishwasher was delivered and installed shortly after you made your original post.
