i ordered a $50 card this morning at approximately 1:30 am and still have received nothing. i thought it was supposed to take

15 to 30 minutes.

this says 15 minutes max.. I get all the bb promotion junk mail have posted several times. emailed 5 times called in to an atrocious automated service that put me on hold for 45 minutes then disconnected my call. after entering order # multiple times trying to simply cancel the transaction as it shows in process. how can an email be processing for over three days. is this a dial up server AOL days were actually faster? how is it the largest retailers in cutting edge technology can't work their own systems and provides NO ONLINE SUPPORT. it's appalling Best Buy cannot prevent an email issue plus provides NO ONLINE SUPPORT!!!!

Geek Squad does all of their in-house IT support, which is why the system is completely unreliable, and pretty much a pathetic joke.

I ordered a Itunes digital download two days ago and haven't received it. I've sent two emails and two very loooong phone calls with customer service reps in which all they could do was forward a email to another department then say that someone will contact me within 48 hrs. At this point I'm pretty livid and truly can't understand why in the heck they can't send me the code. I receive all of their other emails so it's not my address and if they are so certain they sent one why don't they just re-send it to me? And I don't think I can take calling anymore. Seriously, the last call was 30 minutes with two blind transfer and 90% of it was just me listening to someone type.

Thanks so much for posting about how you haven’t been able to see your iTunes code yet.  I know that I would be concerned if I didn’t see it after eight hours either; especially when it was supposed to be a gift.

I was able to locate your order by using the email address you registered on the forums and I wanted to let you know that I did resend the email to your account that should have the codes.  You should see the in about 15-45 minutes and if you don’t, please let me know by sending me a private message via the link in my signature.
