Yesterdy I bought 2 gift cards for itunes ( a 25 and a 50 dollars card), i got the confirmation email andnwas told that i should receive de gift card code via email within 15 minutes. its been about 20 hours now and i havent received it yet. what can i do??

from what imread on thefomrum, peoplemwho bought it on the black friday had the same issue. anyone experiencing this problem with more recent purchases??

I've had the same issue with one of my gift cards. One arrived within 20 mins, but the other I'm still waiting for and it's been 10 hours.

If the BB moderators are reading, can you please help me check on my order?

I read in anothernsite earlier today a girl saying thatbshenhad thesame problem and called the, and she was told thatbthey're outmofmgft cards codes to send, but that it should be normalized in 48 hours max. that sounds reslly odd to me,mbut who knows... ill wait acouple more hours before i try contacting them again

got the two codes this afternoon and redeemed them. everything went ok.
