I purchased a $50 iTunes gift card on Tuesday 2-2-12 (order # {removed per forum guidelines}) but the code was never sent to the recipent. I have called Best Buy 6 times and have spent over 2 hours on the phone trying to get this issue resolved. I have been bounced back and forth between the so called customer service representatives (and being in this position myself for a large company, I can say this is some of the worst customer service I have ever received!) and no one has been able to help me. At one point I was given a Media Dept Case number ({removed per forum guidelines}) and was told I would be contacted, but that was on 2-3-12 and I have yet to hear from anyone. One representative told me to contact Apple, which I did and they explained clearly that this is a Best Buy issue and not the first time this has happened. I want to know how to get my code, or refunded as I have not received anything.

Thanks so much for posting on the forums about how you haven’t seen your iTunes code come into your email yet. I am so sorry to hear that you spent so much time on the phone trying to get it fixed, but couldn’t get anyone to solve it.

I am having the same issue. I have called Best Buy 3 times and emailed once and my issue has not been resolved. I ordered the gift card over 2 weeks ago and anm getting pretty impatient.
