I have been communicating with Best Buy customer service via the phone and through email. I have not yet received an email regarding the iTunes card that I purchased nearly 48 hours ago. It seems others have had this problem but there's no solution other than a gm sending a PM with the code.
I only wonder, if this is a known problem...why not fix it?

ah crap I'm having the same problems it seems. Should've gone with walmart instead. I was expecting the code 15minutes after I purchase!!! Seems like a whole lot of people are having the same issue!!! I don't understand - we're in 2012 yet BB is still using Fred Flintstone technology to email the code to us?!?! Actually when you think about it even 15minutes is too long. It should be within 5 minutes of processing your order!

I am sorry for any delay that this has caused you and I was able to use both of your email addresses that you registered with the forums to locate the orders.
