I am a bit frustrated. I ordered an egiftcard yesterday--well actually two--one as a gift and one for me. One of them was cancelled. The reason given in the email was that information did not match or I was using an international credit card. I called customer service and was informed that the real reason was that there was a limit of one egiftcard per person. In looking at the webpages where I found the deal, I have found no mention of a limit. Of course the deal info on BestBuy.com is no longer there. Can you please confirm for me that there really was a limit of one per person(and the inability to buy others as gifts)?

Thanks for reaching out to us about the order you placed for some iTunes codes and I am sorry that one was cancelled due to an ordering limit. I know that I would be confused as well if my order cancelled without knowing why originally.
Individual products may be subject to limitation and it may not be on the product page itself; however it is listed within BestBuy.com’s Conditions of Use under “Order Limitations”. To find out more details about the limitations, you can follow the link and see any of the information there.
Thank you again for posting and let me know if you have any questions.
