I ordered a few DVDs on sale a week ago, along with another item. The DVDs were on backorder apparently, and I've already received the other item. How long do I have to wait for this to get fulfilled? From everything I've read, it seems like the only way to actually get your backordered items without them being cancelled and refunded (I paid with a giftcard, I hope if it comes to that the card would retain the value?) is to raise a stink about it.
So hey, when am I getting my DVDs?
Every time I've ordered from this website there's been some sort of issue. Never happens with any other site, big or small. No wonder the company's not doing so well.

Someone will be assigned to your issue typically within 3-5 business days of when you post your message. Then it can be 5-7 business days before they reply. Please have patience.

Thanks for reaching out to us and I am sorry to hear that the DVDs you ordered are currently on back order. I know that I would be curious to know when the rest of my order was coming in. Using the email address that you registered with the forums, I was able to find the order and I did take a look at it.
It looks like at the moment, we don’t have any further information on when they will be coming in. We can certainly either wait to see when it comes in or we can cancel the order. If you used a Best Buy gift card, the funds will be returned to it and if you no longer have the card, we can reissue it. If that is something you’d like to look into, please let me know by sending me a private message.

The system is not allowing me to PM you, saying I have invalid HTML in my post even though there is no HTML in it at all.
I have cancelled the items by logging into my account. I still have the gift card used to make the purchase. When can I expect the money to be refunded?

Thanks for getting back to me and I'm sorry that it seems the PM's haven't been working. I looked into the gift card and it should be refunded now. The balance appears to have been returned to the card and if you don't see it, please let me know.
