Was supposed to have a TV delivered today.  Took the day off and they no showed.  When I called, I was told that they came but noone was home.  I was home.  No phone call etc......Tried to reschedule and spent 30+ minutes on the phone to get a friday (no specific time) delivery order.  When I asked to have it delivered to the store - was told that they could not.

Good ole BB strikes again with their low budget 3rd world delivery services.

This was Sears delivery last week:

Sears the night before: Your delivery time is between 9:30 and 11:30 am

Sears day of delvery: This is Sears delivery. We are 10minutes away

Me: okay thx

Sears: Pulls up at 9:25AM

Me: great timing guys

Sears: We will have your washer set up in 30min

Me: awesome!!

Sears(35min later): Your washer is all set up Mr. *****. Thank you for shopping at Sears

Me: Thanks guys, Here, have a couple sodas for the road.
