I order a camera for store pick up online but best buy has no record of it what so ever.  I never received an order number or confirmation email. A representative told me its probably a ghost order but what does that mean? The purchase is pending on my bank statement. Will i get my money back? Its been five days now since i placed my order.

It just means there was a glitch in the system and for some reason your order wasn't placed. The pending authorization hold will drop off.
