hello,has anybody gotten a dbz gutair from best buy,ordered mine on the 13th of feb and as of today

still no tracking number ,already open a "case " with custumer service and was told it shipped on the 8th of march,

but no tracking numbers,is this normal for a guitar order to take a month?plese help,joe
