Best Buy Flat Out Has The Worst Customer Service. I was lied To 4 Times, Times I Requested To Speak To A Supervisor And Everytime I Was Told I Was Speaking To A Supervisor They Were Lying. I Had Ordered A Home Theater System To Be Pickup Up AT My Local Store It Stated It Was Available. I Had One On Hold At A Another Store, So I Cancelled The One From The Other Store. The Next Day I Get A Email Stating That My Oder Was Cancelled Due It Was Not Available, I Had Already Cancelled The One I Had For Sure At The Other Store, When I Tried To Reorder The One From The Other Store It Was Cancelled. When I Called Best Buy To Inquire The Rep On The Phone Stated It Was Still Ordered But The Delivery Date Was After Exmas, I Asked If They Could Price Match For Another Home Theater In The Store, I Was Put On Hold For 20 Minutes, When They Came Back, All The Rep Did Was Put Me On Hold Old Promise To Call Me Back If We Were Disconnected. We Were Disconnected He Never Called Me Back, And Never Cancelled My Order. Got An Email From Best Buy That My Order Was Coming Jan 7th. Had To Call Again The Other Stated He Had No Authority To Re-Order The Product AskedTo Speak To A Supervisor, Was Put On Hold For 20mins Asked Rep If There Was Anything Else In The Store That Could Price Match, He Stated He Would Contact My Local Best Buy. On Hold Again Told The Rep To Call Me Back If We Get Disconnected And That I Wanted My Original Order Cancelled, We Get Disconneted After Being On Hold For 20 Minutes. Rep Never Called Me Back, Get Another Email That My Order Will Be Delivered Jan 7th. Did I Mention They Can Hardly Speak English. By This Time I am Iriate, I Am Customer Service Representative By Trade, If I Would Have Done That I Would Have Been Fired. Call Again Stated I Wanted To Speak To A Supervisor, On Hold 12 Mins, Spoke To A Woman Who Stated She Was A Supersivor She Stated She Could Do Nothing For Me, Ask For Her Name, The She States She Is Not A Supervsor, Demand To Speak To One, On Hold Again For 6 Mins, A Tamekia She Confirms She Is A Supervisor, Never Once Did Anyone Of These Reps Ever Apologize..Even After I Compained She Was Not Apologizing..She later Told She Was Not A Supervisor She Just Works In Warehouse I am Just Calling A Call Center, She If You Are Mad Go One Best Buy Web Site No Corporate Phone Number To To Compain, I Think My Order Got Cancelled.I Will Never Never Never Buy Anything From Best Buy Again Was The Worst Experience Of My Life!!!!!!!!!

I would like to sincerely apologize for the amount of times that you were transferred and put on hold while trying to figure out what was going on with your order. I can only imagine how frustrating this must have been for you, and many apologies are certainly in order for the amount of times we didn’t follow through on our promise to call you back.
