customer service is the worst!

okay so i was deciding what would be some nice things for christmas, when i realized my computer needed an upgrade (I'm a very hardcore pc gamer) So I placed an order at a different website for my processor and motherboard. BUT i ordered my memory (RAM) from bestbuy. This was ordered the 23rd with express shipping for the 24th delivery. I also ordered a new stereo for my car.

 

Well the stereo came. So did the processor and motherboard from the other website. I wondered why my memory had not came yet. I looked and it said processing takes 2-5 days, I was okay with that. Then i get an email today saying there is a problem with my billing. Spent maybe 30minutes to an hour trying to contact bestbuy. Finally get ahold of someone and they said my order was fine and my memory will be shipped no later than the 2nd of january.... The 2nd of january. I about lost it there. If my order isn't here by wednesday december 30th. I will cancel for sure. I've been sitting here since the 24th with a brand new motherboard and processor, but can't install it because i've been waiting on the memory to get here. So frustrating.

I was disappointed to read that you have been having issues getting the computer memory you purchased from BestBuy.com®.  I can understand how that would be frustrating for you.  I want to look into your order further.
