I signed up for a card for the purpose of ordering on line. I pre-ordered an item was told it was on backorder then they cancelled my order, the charge to my card has not been removed and therefore putting me at the bottom of the line for this item and I still can't order it. In reading all the comments does not seem like there is much good in this company, How do they stay in business. This is my first experience with BB and it has been the worst experience EVER
