hi
i orderd 3 seasons of ncis for store pick up i paid with paypal.
after processing the 5th season was not at my store so i called the hotline to have them change it to have it shipped to me,
after beiging on hold for over 30 mins i gave up and cancelled the 5th season and i got an email saying the funds were refunded, but they were not nothing in my paypal account so i call the hotline again waited over 30 mins again but i finially got some one a very rude woman that did not answer any thing for me, so i go to the site and email customer service and get an atuomated reponse saying to call the hotline still no help
so can anyone help me how long after an item is canceled till you get a refund though paypal?
i was hoping to get it before the seasons went off of sale.
but now i just want my money back can anyone help?

still nothing refunded , other than an automated email i dont have any proof of bestbuy even trying to refund my money back.

Did you use a credit card through Paypal, or did you use funding from a bank account to do that. If you straight across used a bank account, debit card account, or credit card, it should be refunded there.

no i used paypal i had funds in my paypal account , i didnt go though a bank or credit card .

I would wait until Monday to check if the funds are there. Since the refund may have been issued on the weekend they may not appear until the following Monday since its a business day.
If you still do not have your funds by then, either call Best Buy back and inform them of your trouble, or post back here, and a community connector can follow up with you to see if the funds will be back in your Paypal Account.

still nothing ,can someone here help the hotline is a joke over 30mins on hold every time then it disconnects.

had to go though paypal filed a clam got my money back
best buys response there was an error and my refund didnt process right.
oh well lost anothe customer bestbuy.
is sad i had to fight to get my money back and to amazon i goooooooooooooooo.
