Wrong tracking number

I ordered this game called darksiders on 4/16, is it usual for me to still not receive my game? This is my first time to buy something in bestbuy. I am confused about my item is lost....th website said standard shipping is 8 days....moreover, I can't track my item in the code in ups innovation that bb give me,,it is nearly two weeks now... Thank you for your help

I still can't receive my order right now..but Best buy shipped my item on 4/16

I am sorry to hear that it’s been taking this long to get your order out to you.  I know that I would be frustrated as well if it took this long.  I do show that you were able to speaking to our online team and it looks like they should be resolving this.  You should get a new tracking number in the mail soon and that will make sure that your order arrives.
